Tips for Hand care

Protect Your Hands:

Throughout the day, your hands are exposed to a variety of environmental stressors, such as harsh chemicals, hot water, and high temperatures. Wear gloves whenever you engage in tasks that may expose your hands to these factors (e.g., washing dishes, gardening, or cleaning). Choose gloves made of a material appropriate for the task at hand (e.g., rubber gloves for dishwashing, gardening gloves for yard work) to offer a protective barrier and prevent skin harm.

Maintain Healthy Nails:

Proper nail care is an important part of hand care. Trim your nails to a suitable length to avoid breaking and preserve cleanliness. Use a light nail file to curve the edges and smooth any rough spots. Avoid biting or picking at your nails since it can harm both the nails and the surrounding skin. Additionally, moisturize your cuticles on a regular basis to maintain them supple and prevent dryness and cracking. Finally, if you apply nail paint on a regular basis, take a break every now and then to enable your nails to breathe and revitalize.
